Back in ‘81, our fearless founder, Adam, was on a mission: to recreate the hot, crispy wings he chowed down on during his college days in Buffalo. After years spent perfecting the process, recipe, and art behind the perfect wing, he opened the first Atomic Wings spot in NYC in ‘89. But, Adam didn’t stop there—he kept pushing the envelope to create wings with the flavor and authenticity that would set Atomic Wings apart from the rest.
Since the beginning, it’s always been our goal to serve wings that not only taste GREAT, but are also great for YOU. That’s why our wings are made from all-natural, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken and served up in over a dozen delicious signature sauces (most of which are gluten-free, making them a healthier choice).
